Dieses Yoga Set enthält ein Anleitungsbuch und 2 x 24 Yoga Karten (6,5 x 6,5 cm) in einer Stülpdeckelschachtel. Barbara Schauer hat mit dem "kleinen Yogi" eine Kultfigur geschaffen, die in fröhlichen Bildern Groß und Klein zu Bewegung animiert. Die Spiel- und Übungskarten zeigen 24 grundlegende Yoga Übungen, um die geistige und körperliche Wirkung von Yoga selbst auszuprobieren. Die Karten sind alle doppelt vorhanden, so dass sie auch als Memospiel genutzt werden können. Die Yogaexpertin und Pädagogin Gerti Nausch hat das Spiel- und Übungsbuch dazu verfasst. Alle 24 Übungen werden darin zweifach beschrieben: je eine Anleitung für Erwachsene und eine für Kinder. Das Set ist also auch für Yoga mit Kindern empfehlenswert.
